Stylishly-appointed, 1-bedroom, 1-bath, private guest suite.Just 7 minutes from PDX airport and 15 minutes to downtown Portland. Perfect for a romantic getaway, long weekend, or as a home-base to explore Portland’s award-winning food scene. Fantastic launching point to Oregon’s incredible recreation options (1-hour to Mt. Hood; 90 minutes to the ocean) and world class wine regions (1-hour to Willamette Valley and Columbia Gorge.) Renovated in March 2020 and excited for your visit! The space This en suite is attached to the main house (by our laundry room),securely locked. Private entrance and private door to the backyard. Modern Bathroom and a cozy "cottage-like" feel in the Bedroom. There are two comfy chairs to sit in. We have a kitchenette with a microwave,toaster,french-press,coffee maker,and electric kettle. The table pulls out between the sink and mini refrigerator.I provide coffee and tea. The backyard is for you to enjoy; with exception of two dogs having a quick pee. Great bird watching. We have outdoor tables and chairs. In the summer, a large hammock swing becomes the most comfortable spot outdoors. Games,puzzles,books,video games,view finder,and a frisbee. If you need more towels and blankets,don't hesitate to ask. Guest access Front garden,en suite, and backyard. Other things to note I'm trying to be an environmentally friendly host. I don't clean with harsh,cancer-causing cleaners. Hand,body,and dish soaps are all natural with no artificial ingredients. Shampoo,conditioner,and lotion are also all natural. I provide cloth napkins for alternative to paper towels. But I also provide recycled paper towels and bamboo toilet paper. There is a compost bin for all food waste.
