Four Peaks Guest House

The names Four Peaks Guest House speaks for itself. It is a beautiful guesthouse with stunning views of Lake Whakatipu and the four peaks (The Remarkables, Deer Park Heights, Cecil Peak and Walter Peak) and the surrounding mountains. The space Our Guesthouse is detached from the main house with it's own separate access and is very private, set amongst native trees and looking out towards the lake and mountains. It is ideal for a couple, with one luxurious queen-size bed with electric blanket and high quality linen and bedding. The fully equipped hotel style kitchen has a microwave and an electrical portable hob. You'll find towels, a hairdryer and organic body wash provided in the bathroom. Other features include a large wardrobe, iron and ironing board, clothes hangers and a sitting area with two comfortable chairs. It also has an outdoor seating area to enjoy the remarkable view. There is a television with Freeview and unlimited WIFI plus a heat-pump to keep you cosy in winter. Guest access You have full use of the guesthouse which includes a bench seat outside the front door as well as a small outdoor table with four chairs on the lawn. The guesthouse is semi attached to the main house which is also rented on a short term basis. Those guests have a seperate access point as well as seperate outside dinning/ living areas. Other things to note AGE OF GUESTS Guest(s) making a booking must be over 18 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 18 years of age. MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD The minimum rental period is 2 nights, public holidays have a minimum stay of 3 nights, and Christmas and New Year Periods have a minimum stay of 5 nights. TEMPERAMENTAL WI-FI AND SATELLITE TV AT TIMES Please note that due to the beautifully placed location of the guesthouse, the wifi and satellite television can sometimes be temperamental. If you are wanting high speed internet, most cafes and surrounding restaurants have high speed Wi-Fi available free of charge. No smoking or Pets.
