Stay in a charming Georgian apartment on a quiet crescent, just moments from the beach. With the sea so close by, access to two large communal gardens and a short walk to Hove Lawns, this is an ideal base for exploring Brighton, enjoying the outdoors or relaxing. Independent cafes, restaurants, bars and shops are all nearby, and the South Downs National Park is a short drive away. *Parking permits available - please request on booking* The space IThe apartment has recently been refreshed with new paint and a few updated furnishings (e.g. beds). The layout and style remain the same as shown in the photos. Happy to send updated pictures on request! Bedroom 1: King-size bed with simple hanging space. Bedroom 2 / Office: Desk and new John Lewis sofa bed (small double). This room also leads to the courtyard and garden. Living Room: Cosy with large Chesterfield-style sofa, armchair, reading nook, and smart TV (log in to Netflix, iPlayer etc.). Kitchen: Social cooking space with a dining table, benches, breakfast bar and basic essentials provided. Bathroom: Main bathroom with bath and waterfall shower; separate WC near the entrance. Outdoors Courtyard: Small area with artificial grass, leads to steep steps up to the garden Garden: Sunny spot with a picnic bench and seating area (sun until late afternoon). Please note: currently less private due to building works. Need to Know Basement flat in a beautiful Georgian building. Access via steps down to a shared front door; private entrance at the end of the hallway. Some creaky floors – this is a home, not a hotel and a very old building so please keep this in mind. Building renovations at the rear may affect views/privacy in garden, but not the interior. Not suitable for unattended young children due to railings and steep steps. Parking permit available – please request when booking. Guest access Guests have the apartment to themselves. Other things to note This apartment is part of a beautiful historic building in one of Hove’s most peaceful and picturesque areas. We kindly ask that you enjoy the space and respect our lovely neighbours - especially by keeping noise to a minimum. 1. Please take care on the steps and around the garden railings - especially if you're travelling with children or have limited mobility. 2. While we’ve done our best to make the space comfortable and welcoming, there are currently some external building works that may affect the garden's privacy and views. This shouldn’t impact your stay, but we appreciate your understanding. 3. Don’t miss a morning walk along the promenade or enjoying a picnic in the gardens on the crescent - it’s a really great spot!
