Nestled in the Summer Hill gated community at Lake Glenville, the main level has an open living area with a large sectional couch, breakfast bar off the kitchen, and dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. The loft functions as a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. The sleeping areas have separate entrances to a shared bathroom. There is an upper and lower deck, gas and wood burning fire pits, charcoal grill, Green Egg, and a hammock to hang outdoors. The space Master bedroom has a king bed and a smart television. We have a hanging rack for storage as well some space in the storage closet, which is off the bathroom. The upstairs loft area functions as a second bedroom with a bunk bed (full size on bottom and twin on top). There is one full bathroom upstairs (no bathroom downstairs), with a tub and a shower. The double sink area is separate from the toilet/bath/shower. The downstairs features a living room room with a comfortable sectional, a four person dining table, a full kitchen, and a small pantry. Outside there is a deck off the master as well as a deck off the downstairs kitchen area. The downstairs deck is covered and features patio furniture and a gas fire pit. We also have a wood burning fire pit off the side of the house as well as a green egg, regular grill, and picnic table. Other things to note -The cleaning fee includes trash pickup twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. -Please note the only bathroom is upstairs, so guests must be able to climb stairs
