Listen to the coyote's howl, campfires burn bright, and night sky's brindle with the twinkle of distant stars and fireflies. Daytime, pull on your hiking boots and enjoy the nearby state parks, lakes, and waterfalls. Just 3.5 miles off I-40, bounce in town or down the mtn for the perfect meal. Zipline, paddleboat, campfires & memories abound! Hosts live on property/avail 24/7. The space A 768 sq ft MIL Tiny Cabin on 5 acres backs up to Branch Lake. Stairs to Loft are steep and has sloped ceiling, so "tall" persons be warned, sleeps 2 "comfortably" (1-Qn bed+2- Futons+ floor mattress) can accommodate up to 7 if required. Please make an "inquiry" to increase the listing to max qty. Kitchenette and living rm combo, room for one "chef" at a time (as pictured) with apt size stove, frig, Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, microwave, toaster, dishes, and much more (manual dishwashing required ;0). There is a washer & dryer and a small but mighty BBQ Grill as well. Campfires are to be had nightly when weather permits at your request. Your own fire pit just steps from your front door, a private lake with bass, trout, crappie, bluegill (fishing license not required) might even get lucky and spot our outer and beaver. Remote working with new Fiber Internet & Wi-Fi provided by Spectrum Download 400 Mbps, Upload 15 Mbps. Serenity, firepit, paddleboat, zipline & corn hole make this place unique. Guests of all backgrounds are welcome! Hosts live on property/ available 24/7. Guest access Guest will have access to Cabin, their own Fire Pit, Lake & Paddle Boat, 60 FT Zipline and entire property. Other things to note Cabin rules to live by: We do have the occasional Bear visitors pass-thru... please lock the door once in for the evening!!! Samsung TV on 1st Floor & Roku operated in the loft. Each has live TV options. You can sign into your Apps (don’t forget to log out of them) Light switches are labeled. Mitsubishi A/C & Heat with remotes ea hang on wall 1 ea upstairs and down, working independently of each other, instruction provided. Pillows, blankets and sheets located downstairs bedroom/laundry room. A hairdryer and some bath essentials for those who may have forgotten them located in a basket in Bath vanity. Regarding parking....Please do not block the circle drive or garage doors! You may unload at the porch but park in the 2 designated guest spaces at the side of the garage and in front of the shed. We have supplied you with a variety of K-Cups ( varieties of Coffee, Hot Choco, Half-n-Half & sugar) for the Keurig machine as well as ground for drip, there is a French Press and one cup drip as well. Shampoo, shower gel, thinner towels + extra's in drawer under stairs. NOTE: if you are using a peroxide treatment for skin or teeth please use white towels in said location. If you have reserved for an extended stay (over 7 days) you will be responsible for laundry supplies and the additional essentials. Spectrum Fiber giving a Download 400 Mbps, Upload 15 Mbps. Cellular reception is fair to excellent depending on the age of the phone, older will find reception better outside away from tin roof,(new phones have extenders built-in). iPhone users seem to have the most issues. PET POLICY- Ensure your Furbaby has flea treatment/regime ...Please note that we love the Furkids, but we ask that you be an extremely cautious and respectful pet owner. We have gone to great lengths to furnish the cabin for a cozy experience, and damages can be costly and no fun. We ask that you please crate your "anxiety-ridden" animals including those not housebroken or tend to have accidents on those occasions they will be left in a strange place or unattended. Otherwise please pull the blind up so your Furbaby can watch for your much-anticipated return. Note: please be sure to add your pets while booking so that we can prepare for them properly as we have one of our own😉 Location- located between Nashville and Knoxville....1 hr 15min drive to either! Here in the little town of Monterey, we have 2 drive-thru liquor stores, two small grocers, 2 excellent dine-in eateries, Sapori de Napoli & Los Agaves, and quick bites from Taco Bell, Subway, Burger King, Dairy Queen, and Hardee's!
