Views towards St Andrews (7miles/11km away). The space The cottage has an open plan kitchen/dining room leading to bright living room with wood burning stove and patio doors. Downstairs room in extension with adjacent wetroom (listed as Stone cottage+Extension room) is disabled friendly. Views to St Andrews (11KM) and sea. The house is a bit quirky and a child friendly family home. Guest access Parking off road. Large garden with pond. Patio. During your stay I am good with guests helping themselves to tea and coffee, and happy to help with recommendations if I can. Other things to note Availability of private bathroom will depend on number of guests in house. Room in extension has double Futon and is wheelchair friendly with en suite wetroom. It can be accessed through patio doors to avoid all steps.
