Studio: Like a little, Home Away from Home!

Welcome to Virginia Beach! Vacation like a local in this beautiful lakefront property in the popular Chic's beach area. Unbeatable location, a 4min drive from the bay and the Oceanfront and Boardwalk are just 15min away. Spend the day on the beach and the evening catching bass in the backyard. This is your home away from home, with everything you need right in the apartment, and hosts next door to answer any questions! The space This one room studio apartment sleeps 2 adults and a child comfortably. There is 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, and an area for sitting and entertaining with a sofa, TV and small table. Part of the studio includes a small kitchenette with a dorm room size refrigerator/ freezer, small microwave oven, electric skillet, 2 slice bread toaster, and Keurig. Full meal preparation space is very limited by size of fridge and counter space. The private bath is spacious with a walk-in shower. Guest access In the back yard is Lake Joyce a beautiful 75 acre fresh water lake that is a recreational hot spot for the neighborhood with water skiing, jet skiing, and lots of pontoon boating. Down by the water is a small pier and seating. We do have a canoe and 2 fishing poles w tackle box. If interested we are happy to hook you up. .
