Just relax and unwind in this quiet, stylish home near the center. The space Surroundings: The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with good tram connections to the city center. The tram stop is very close. Also a swimming pool and a stream with a lawn. Within a radius of about one kilometer there is a small district center with various shopping facilities (Beckesepp/Edeka, Lidl, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, health food store, etc.). There is free street parking in the immediate vicinity of the house. The apartment is: The apartment is located in an apartment building. The house is an ecological wooden house and the building materials used are all, as far as possible, sustainable and natural. My husband and I built the apartment ourselves. There are many windows overlooking the Black Forest and the trees of the adjacent park. Guest access Guests can use entire apartment. The garden is reserved for the families of the house. The general roof terrace may be used for quiet stays until 9:00 pm. Other things to note We have lots of plants in the apartment and on the two private balconies. It is important to us that our plants are well cared for during our absence, so it would be important to us that, depending on the weather, our domestic help can enter the apartment after consultation with the guests to water the plants. Fruit, vegetables and herbs on the balconies may of course be consumed :-)
