The house is built on stone arches, with capacity to accommodate up to 7 people. It is the ideal place to disconnect and practice hiking, running or cycling, all in the middle of nature. The house has high speed fiber (300 mb without loss), two plasma TV with internet connection and Chromecast, reading room, a garden terrace overlooking the Sierra de Espadán, as well as all the utensils and amenities necessary to make the stay as pleasant as possible. There's an Olympic-sized pool open, as seen in the listing description, and available in the town, with a bar and cocktail lounge included. Other things to note In addition to the service of renting rooms and / or entire accommodation, we also offer rental service of our space for private events (bachelor parties,...) and soon we will also offer natural therapy services. This involves climbing up the mountain pass, where you'll hear the roar of wild boars, the owl's call, or even come across a fox. This nighttime hike passes by the Carboneras picnic area, an idyllic spot in the middle of the forest for spending time with friends and family! The accommodation is located between the two major provincial capitals: Valencia is about 60 km away and Castellón is about 50 km away. The nearest beach is about 20 minutes away (Sagunto).
