Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Only a 10-minute drive from the historic center. Close to Plaza Bulevares and Plaza del Parque. There are self-service stores and restaurants within walking distance. It has two bedrooms, a full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen has the basics to prepare food. We have a private patio where the washing machine is located. The space The house has two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, living-dining room, half bathroom and a private patio. Important: The property has two parking spaces (one behind the other), however, skill is required to park large trucks. Note 2: The property shares common areas with two other units. The common areas are the parking lot and the main access door. Other things to note One of our bedrooms is equipped with a mattress of American measurements (1.35m x 2.00m), which is longer than a Mexican mattress (special for tall people).
