HOUSE RULES: ► Out of respect for neighbors and the community, please keep noise levels at reasonable levels, especially after 11PM PST and before 8AM PST. THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT RULE and must be upheld to avoid neighbor complaints. ► All of the HOA rules will need to be followed (will be made available upon request). Guests agrees to comply with all HOA CC&R, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations, Fines, and Decisions. ► NO Smoking, Vaping, E-Cigarettes or Illegal Drugs allowed on premises. If there is evidence of guests smoking indoors or outside in the front or back patio, they will be charged $500, which will be used for clean up and odor removal. ► No parties or gatherings larger than 10 people allowed. ►There is a $200 fee for losing the key fob and garage remote. This covers the replacement costs, as well as costs to deactivate the lost fob/remote. Please always have the key fob and garage remote in safekeeping. ► Guests, please make sure that your travel itinerary is consistent with the days that you book. If guests need to leave before their departure date, I won't be able to provide any refund for the days they did not stay. The reason for that is because those days are lost on my calendar and I will not have the opportunity to book those days out again on such short notice. So please ensure that your itinerary is consistent with your booking dates. Guest access Guests have access to the two bedrooms (master bedroom on 2nd floor and oversized guest room on 2nd floor) and full house. Exception includes the private storage closet in the master bedroom, which is locked, and the upstairs bedroom (3rd floor) which is also locked. Other things to note I will provide guests with access codes to the front lobby and home one day prior to their check-in date.
