Due to Fame strict policy disallowing guests to have visitors, please note that we are not able to change the list of registered names on the day of the check in and any day after that. Building security is fairly strict, so we'll need to pre-register your names before arrival. Guest access POOL AREA: - 2 Authorized guests can use the pool area as preferred by Property Management Office. - Operating hours is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM except Monday due to weekly cleaning - Registration is needed prior to the use of pool. 150/head-reg days 300/head-holiday Please inform us if you plan to use the pool area. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: 1. No pets allowed 2. Strictly No smoking inside the unit 3. No unregistered guests allowed 4. Eating and drinking on the bed is not allowed. 5. No hanging and drying of clothes and other items in the balcony area. 6. Please turn off the Aircon, TV and Lights when leaving the premises for an extended period. 7. Please respect the noise curfew 8. Please keep your keys with you. Lost key has a replacement fee. 9. Please lock the door each time you leave the unit 10. Please take care of our sheets and towels 11. Please take care of the furnishings. Any damaged items will be charged accordingly 12. No rearrangement of the furniture 13. Dispose your leftover cooking oil into the plastic bag and disposed to the bin outside the unit not directly to the kitchen sink. 14. Please do your own dishes and kitchen wares should be cleaned and kept in their original places prior to checking out. 15. Take the trash out before you leave.
