Enjoy your vacation in this 40 m² (430 sq ft) air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment, located in a quiet residence with a swimming pool, just a few minutes walk from the legendary Côte des Basques, Les Halles and the city center. The space 🛏 Sleeping arrangement • An air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. • A small room with indirect light, bunk beds, and a desk. 🛋 Living room • Air-conditioned living room with TV and fiber Wi-Fi. • Fully equipped open kitchen: oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee machine. 🍽 Private outdoor area A table and chairs are available for you to enjoy a meal or an aperitif outdoors. (In order to preserve the tranquility of the residence, this space can be used until 10 pm.) 🏊 Swimming pool The residence, consisting of only 12 apartments, has a renovated unheated swimming pool. It is accessible from 9 am to 8 pm and is shared with the other residents (meals are not allowed around the pool). Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment: kitchen, living room, bedroom, small room with bunk beds, private outdoor area, as well as the residence's swimming pool until 8 PM. Other things to note Before you book, here's some useful information to know: Linens Bedding is provided, as well as a bath towel (70 × 140 cm) per guest. Do not use bath towels for the beach. End-of-stay cleaning Please return the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition: dishes washed and put away, trash emptied, surfaces used cleaned, and the accommodation returned in the same condition as when you arrived. Hot water The water heater is suitable for a stay of 4 people. If several showers are taken in succession, a few minutes may be necessary to restore full hot water capacity.
