Enjoy your vacation in this 40 m² two-bedroom apartment with air conditioning, located in a quiet residence with a swimming pool, just a few minutes' walk from the beaches, including the legendary Côte des Basques, as well as the city center and Les Halles de Biarritz. The space 🛏 Sleeping arrangements & ideal setup: • An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed 160 cm, • A small second day room with bunk beds and desk • An air-conditioned living room with open equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher) • Wifi, TV (fiber) 🍽 Private outdoor area: You can enjoy meals or an aperitif outdoors right in front of the apartment, where a table and chairs await you. ⚠️ To maintain good neighborly relations, this space can only be used until 10:00 p.m. 🏊‍♀‍ Pool in the residence: Small condominium of 12 apartments with renovated unheated pool. A real plus to relax when you get home from the beach during the day! Ideal 📍 location in Biarritz: • Located 21 avenue de la République, the apartment is set back from the street, quiet • Walking: 5-10 minutes from the Côte des Basques, downtown, Les Halles and all shops, restaurants, bars and markets 👉 For families, Parc Mazon, with its children's games, is just across the street! 🚗 Access & parking: No parking in the condominium; paid parking on nearby streets, but free on the first part of Avenue de la République. The apartment is also easily accessible by bus. The train station and airport are about 10 minutes each by taxi. I will send you all parking information prior to your arrival if you need it. You can also find them on the City of Biarritz website, where you will need to submit your subscription requests, depending on the length of your stay. 🌿 A convenient and comfortable pied-à-terre to discover Biarritz and the Basque Country as a couple, for families or groups of friends. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, including the kitchen, living room, bedroom, small room with bunk beds, as well as the outdoor area. The pool is also accessible to relax! It's shared with the other residents. ⚠️ The condominium allows access to the swimming pool from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in order to avoid disturbing the neighbors. It is also forbidden to eat there. Other things to note Before you book, here's some useful information to know: Bedding and towels: We provide 1 shower towel per person (70x140cm - not to be used at the beach) as well as bed linen. You won't need to be cluttered with this! - cleaning: please return the accommodation in the condition in which you found it on arrival (dishes done and put away, garbage cans emptied, surfaces used cleaned and accommodation tidy.) Shower room with toilet: It is convenient and functional, the shower is about 1mx1m, ideal for a comfortable stay. Hot water tank: The apartment has a flat hot water tank with 2 vats: one heats up while the other is used, which makes it possible to have hot water at all times. It works well for 4 people, but if many of you use it at the same time, it is advisable to leave a short delay between showers for the water to heat up properly. Parking: The apartment does NOT have a private parking space in the residence. The surrounding streets are paid in season, so you'll need to park in the nearby public parking areas, or park a little before, on free streets. I advise you to check the paid parking times to avoid any fines. Alternatively, the apartment is accessible by bus or public transport, which can be convenient for those who come without a car.
