OHANA condo by old town SJC+BBQ+10 min to beach

Cozy condo centrally, located near downtown someone Capistrano, walking distance to the Basilica and restaurants. Extra comfortable beds with TVs in each bedroom. **OHANA FEST GUESTS** there is a bicycle trail right by the condo that leads to Doheny state beach where the concert is at :) it is flat the entire way, and it is how many locals get to the venue. The space Comfortable 2bd/1bth condo is centrally located in south Orange County, mins from DT San Juan and 10-15 mins drive to beach cities San Clemente & Dana Point. Walk to historic Mission Basilica and just a 10 min drive to the closest beach, Doheny State Beach. Foam mattresses, gated patio w/gas BBQ, large sofa w/ smart TV +Amazon Fire stick & full kitchen. Community pool (hours vary). NOTE: NO overnight street parking (permit required). Small single car garage parking provided for one vehicle. This newly remodeled condo offers a master bedroom with a Cali-King bed with a one-of-kind memory foam mattress that will make it very hard to leave the bed in the morning ! Master also has a 55” Smart TV with several streaming apps. The second bedroom has a Queen size memory foam bed, large closet and a beautiful mountain view(An additional queen size airbed is provided (upon request) to groups over 5 guests, the bed can be inflated and used on the main floor living room area) . All rooms have ceiling fans. Living room w/ Smart TV with Amazon Fire Stick (no cable), Bluetooth Samsung sound system, and comfortable sofa. High speed internet and WIFI included. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes a large refrigerator, full range oven, toaster, blender, microwave and more. The unit is a typical condo set-up and shares two walls with the unit next to it, however the entrance is separate and private. Front entrance is located on street level for easy access. Parking is permitted on the street during the day between the hours of 7:00am to 11:00pm (NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING). At night, you must park your car inside the garage. Garage is narrow single car and won’t fit extra large vehicles, and is located around the corner in a row of garages. Additional vehicles can be parked overnight at the Park-n- Ride lot 2 mins from property. NOTE: after work hours, street parking can be difficult to come by. There is a private patio in the front with umbrella, fire pit, seating and propane BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying a sunset dinner. And twinkle lights for the evening! Beach chairs available to guests during their stay, as well. Pack-n-play, high chair & baby gate are provided for our family guests. They are located in the upstairs closets along with the portable a/c & heaters. There is a community pool available between the hours of 11am - 7pm Tuesday- Sunday. Key is located in kitchen drawer. Two kids play structures and swing sets also within 2 mins walking from condo. Located less then 10 minutes away from the Mission Viejo Mall, only 4 minutes away from the train station and less then 10 minutes away from Doheny State Beach and Dana Point Harbor! If you like to hike, there is a trail nearby through the beautiful hills of San Juan. Also located across the street (very close) from the Rancho Sierra Vista Equestrian Center. Parking available for one car only, in the detached garage located around the corner from front door (will not fit extra large vehicles). See check-in instructions for photos of exact location. If you have more than one vehicle, there is a park-and-ride about three minutes drive from the condo as soon as you exit the highway, you can leave vehicles parked there after 72 hours. There is not central heating/air conditioning. Portable units provided. Laundry facility located outside of condo. Key provided. Pool hours are generally 11am-7pm Tues-Sun, and vary per season.
