Disabled friendly downstairs room and wetroom in bright modern extension to stone cottage, (disabled access through patio doors). The space Downstairs futon/bedroom is disabled friendly. (There is also a double room available listed as Stone cottage -Downstairs.) Open plan kitchen/dining room leads to bright living room with wood burning stove. Meals can be served in the living room. Views to St Andrews (11KM) and sea. Big garden. The house is a bit quirky, and a child friendly family home. Guest access Off road parking in front of cottage. Disabled access from patio doors at rear. Kitchen/dining room is accessed up 3 steps from living room in extension. Large garden with pond. Patio. During your stay I am good with guests helping themselves to tea and coffee, and happy to help with local information if I can. Other things to note .
