Riverside House - Sunyata Ranch

The house is located within the Sunyata site, facing the Bonito River, which is visible from the bedroom and living room windows. At this point, the river makes a great swimming hole with a good amount of sand on the bank, ideal for young children. The purpose of the space is to maintain an agroforest with organic cultivation and a shareable vegetable garden. Inside the leisure area, there is a good lawn and a covered barbecue area. A plastic arts studio is also installed in this space. The space The house is located within a small farm, in a valley between mountains, within the Atlantic Forest. Access is via a dead-end road from the main dirt road, which allows greater privacy and contact with nature. The products of the vegetable garden and organic cultivation (forest garden) are available for consumption by the guests. The water is from a spring, of great purity. Guest access Inside the site, spaces are shareable. Going up or down the river in front, there are several points with backwaters or small waterfalls. An invitation to many adventures and contemplations. In the common area, there is a covered barbecue, space for a hammock and a table covered with a Wi-Fi signal (which can also be used for work). Other things to note Children and small pets will always be welcome. There are two other houses on the site that can be booked when the family (or group) is larger.
