The 1st floor has an open floor plan including a modern kitchen with stainless appliances, dining space for 8+, living room, and all bedrooms upstairs. Blocks from local eateries, New Seasons, coffeehouses, bars, shops, and entertainment for adults, kids, families, couples...whoever! Our home is clean, accessible, and waiting to host in Portland for an extended getaway, work trip, family outing or whatever brings you to the city we love! All 4 bedrooms are upstairs- -Master bedroom suite has king bed and private full bathroom with shower/bath. -Second bedroom has queen bed -Third bedroom has a queen bed -Fourth bedroom has bunk beds, but can also accommodate an air-mattress or sleeping pads for 2 people. -Additional full bathroom with shower/bath located on the second floor as well. -***Desks have been added to every room to accommodate remote working/online school for kids! Our Internet is 1gig FIBER and is the fastest available!***^ Downstairs, the open floor plan is very open and inviting and has everything you need. One large sectional couch can sleep 1-2 people, and another couch in sitting room can sleep 1 person. Floor space if you need it, too! The kitchen is full of modern, up-to-date stainless steel appliances, as well as all of the cookware and dishes you need. Dining room table seats up to 10 people, and breakfast bar can seat 2-4. There is also a half bath downstairs off the dining area. We are a family of 5, so our home has plenty of toys for kids and is baby-proof! We also have a pack-n-play if you need extra kid space! As a Portland native (born and raised just a couple miles from the house we currently are in), I'm happy to answer any of your travel questions, especially getting around and ideas for fun things to do and see! Guest access You'll have access to the entire home, except for the garage! We do live here most of the time, as do our things!
