Next to the king room is the main bathroom, with its large standing shower and bathtub with a nice view over the backyard, river and church. Upstairs is the main living area, which includes air conditioning, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, cookware, bakeware), a large dining table and an entertainment area with two comfortable sofas (backrests can be removed to be used as beds) and a 4K smart TV (with complimentary Netflix). The dining table also converts into a pool and table tennis table - perfect for entertaining! Finally, the balcony allows you to enjoy a beautiful sunrise with a stunning view over the backyard space, river and church. High speed fibre internet (400mbps) will also be available for guests needing to work from home. Ski hooks are available. Guest access This private unit has its own separate entrance and driveway in a three-unit house. The home is located on a quiet street and includes two parking spots, a large backyard (~ 0.5 acres) with direct access to the Lombrette river. It is also steps away from government official snowmobile trails. There is also a convenient grocery store and gas station less than 5 minutes walking distance. Storage for larger sporting equipment (e.g., mountain bikes) may be available depending on availability of the outdoor shed. Please request in advance. Other things to note Only 15 minutes away from Mont Saint Anne and Massif de Charlevoix (for alpine and cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, mountain biking, hiking and more). Direct access to 50+ kms of trails via the Sentier des Caps, Charlevoix Capes Trail, and Cape Turmoil. Only 25 minutes away from Baie Saint Paul and 35 minutes away from Quebec City.
