In the heart of the Riviera Maya, surrounded by heavenly beaches, lush jungle and surprising cenotes, the VILLA PRINCE is perfect for discovering the charm of the region and ideal for hosting large families or groups of friends. The spaces are designed for the comfort of all guests. The space The Prince villa has 5 perfectly distributed bedrooms: • Bedroom 1 "WATER" on the ground floor: King size bed, located with exit to the villa's pool • Bedroom 2 "FIRE" on the 1st floor: king size bed with pool view • Bedroom 3 "AIR" on the 2nd floor: queen size bed with jungle view • Bedroom 4 "EARTH" on the 1st floor: Master suite with queen size bed, terrace and private bathroom. • Bedroom 5 "SKY" on the 2nd floor: Master suite with queen size bed, terrace and private bathroom. The room includes a large, fully open loft with an independent kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace, and direct access to the Rooftop. Features and amenities • 4 fully equipped bathrooms are spread over the 3 levels of the house + a toilet on the rooftop • 2 living rooms: one on the ground floor (with a sofa where 2 children can sleep), direct access to the garden and the pool; the other in the loft on the 2nd floor with a sofa/double bed for 2 adults • 2 dining rooms and two fully equipped kitchens, one of which is on the ground floor and the other in the loft • The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning, fans and mosquito nets • TVs on all 3 floors have access to Netflix. The furniture of the villa was created by local artists and artisans. 80% of the wood used comes from a tree that fell over a hundred years ago in what is now our garden and swimming pool. Exterior of the Villa • Garden and private pool: located on the ground floor with a wooden terrace, sun loungers, dining area and outdoor shower. • Rooftop: On the third floor, with pergola, summer kitchen (barbecue and sink), dining area, living room with jacuzzi/spa for 6 people, toilet and outdoor shower. Villa Prince is located in a private residential area with 24-hour protected access, with services such as: shared swimming pool, multipurpose room. Dany and her team will welcome you upon arrival and serve as your expert concierge during your stay. She has lived here for some time and therefore knows the hidden gems of the Riviera Maya as well as its trendiest gastronomic places. Craft shops, supermarkets, typical outdoor markets, beach clubs, restaurants where you can still eat with your feet in the sand or listen to live music; this typical city of the Riviera Maya has a special charm that grabs you.
