New Listing on Airbnb! You can drive 2 minutes or a short walk (15 mins walk per Google Map) to the state beach. Short drive to all Monterey Peninsula has to offer. Home is recently remodeled with all new light color carpet, new paint, new beds and furniture. The master-bedroom has a king bed with its own bath. 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed. 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed. The hallway bath room is shared by the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. There is a queen air mattress for additional guest upon request. The space Welcome to my airy and bright house located a about 15min walk to the Marina State beach. The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each stay. Easy to find, close to super market, park and restaurants. Located 15 to 20 minutes from the Aquarium, Cannery Row, and Carmel/Pebble Beach for easy access to ocean sports, golf, coastal dining, sight seeing tours. Great for both short and long visits. Great Value! Guest access You will have access to the entire house. No Garage access. The back yard is steep, it is not be suitable for kids to play. There is an attached one bathroom one bathroom unit with the entrance on the opposite of the building. The driveway parkings are reserved for Airbnb guests only. Other things to note PLEASE read my HOUSE RULES before booking. House Rules: 1. Since you are coming to our home as guests, it is an Airbnb courtesy to briefly introduce yourself, the number of your group members and their names, purpose of your travel when you make the reservation. 2. ALL GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS OR VISITORS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PERMISSION. Unregistered guests will be eventually charged through Money Request from the host or Airbnb Resolution Center. Please register ALL your guests! Thank you for helping us keep your Airbnb Vacation simple, easy and pleasant! 3. PLEASE TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF AT THE ENTRANCE. We have brand new carpet. Please help us to keep it clean and not to bring dirt, sands and rocks in the house. 4. Due to steep back yard, no children under 18 years old should be in the back yard unsupervised. 5. Surveillance devices installed outside of the house. No cameras installed inside of the house. 6. NO SMOKING OR DRUG OF ANY KIND in the house. 7. NO PARTIES OR SOCIAL EVENTS. 8. No pets. 9. Check-in time is after 4pm. 10. Check-out time is by 11 am. 11. Please be a good neighbor and keep noise levels to a minimum especially after dark. 12. Please park in the driveway and along the roadside of the house. There is no garage. There is a one bedroom and one bathroom attached house that has a separate entrance on the other side of the building. Tenants are quite and respectful. Please be mindful and be a good neighbor. 13. Please take care of any spills or cooking messes you make. All kitchenware should be left clean. 14. Please use the WIFI responsibly. Do not share, download copyrighted or illegal files. No illegal online business or crime with the WIFI. 15. Please try to help us save energy and resources to keep our business sustainable and environment friendly. Please turn off lights, heating system, oven, stove, showers, and other appliances when you don’t need them. 16. Please AVOID using food and beverages in the bedrooms, especially not in beds.
