Lovely double room in house in gated community.

Lovely double room, sleeps one or two people in a brand new house in gated community. The room has a very comfy double bed, a desk, a 32"TV,wifi,a kettle with tea coffee etc and a blackout blind. The space Our house is new, safe and secure as we live in a gated community and we have a private parking space for you. An EV charger is available for an extra charge. Guest access You have access to the kitchen which is the only shared space on the ground floor and you are welcome to use the cooking facilities, we have a separate guest fridge for your use. I provide breakfast items in a morning,cereals,juice etc for you to help yourselves. The bedroom and the shared bathroom are on the first floor .The bathroom is directly opposite the room and has a bath and shower over the bath . We sleep on the second floor. During your stay We are very happy to socialise and interact with you and we like a chat but we are equally happy to give you your own space if that's what you need, but will always answer any queries you may have. Other things to note Please note if there is more than 2 of you we have another double room and one single room listed on Airbnb, if you can't find them please ask us.
