Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to grocery & pharmacy, just minutes from downtown, hospital, industrial park, & 1/2 hour from Plant Hatch. Parking is available just outside your private entrance. Queen bed, climate control, blackout shades, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, computer desk, microwave, mini-fridge, and Kuerig, make the space ideal for business travelers. The bath is complete w/grab bars, rainhead shower & towel warmer. Enjoy the outdoors with a cup of coffee on the patio! The space This is a little "hotel" room with mindful details. You have your own driveway and parking spot along with a little patio that has a table and chairs. This is a bedroom and bath within a house, no shared spaces. The co-host lives in the main part of the house. We have soundproofed very well to make your stay private and comfortable so that it feels like your own. Guest access This is a totally private bedroom and bath. The little patio and parking just outside the door is for your use only. The only time the co-host or host will be there is for yard maintenance and/or trash/recycling pick-up.
