KITCHEN + DINING: -Drip coffee maker, tea kettle, coffee grounds, tea, creamer and sugar provided -All the gadgets you need to make a home cooked meal! -Dining table seats 8 plus a high chair is provided OFFICE/SUNROOM: -Situated at the front of the house -Desk, chair, and super comfy lounge chair -This space can be used year-round! BATHROOMS: -Half bathroom on the main floor in the queen bedroom. -Full bathroom is upstairs -Only one shower so take some planning if you have a large group! -Towels, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a basket of goodies in case you forget anything I sprovided LAUNDRY: -A washer + dryer is available in the unfinished basement -Laundry detergent provided BACKYARD: -Massive and fully fenced in (perfect for pets) -Firepit with 8 chairs plus dining table -Propane grill BABY/KID ITEMS: -High chair and pack-and-play (with a mattress + sheets) -Toys and books PARKING: -No garage or driveway so parking is on the street, but there's plenty of it available! PETS: -Pets are welcome for an $125 fee per reservation. -do not leave pets unattended in the home unless they are kenneled. -Please keep pets off the furniture. Guest access No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door using a code specific to you. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4 pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready. Late Check-out? - No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure. Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures? - No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time. Is this a shared home? - Nope! It's all yours! Do you offer a cleaning service? - Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us!
