Welcome to our cozy and modern cottage in the heart of Mellbystrand – just 200 meters from the sea and Sweden’s longest sandy beach! About the Cottage The cottage was newly built in 2021 and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway: - Two bedrooms with comfortable beds - Open-plan kitchen and living room - Bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine Private Outdoor Space Private entrance and wooden deck – perfect for long summer evenings in the sun! The space In this charming apartment/cottage, you are welcomed by a hall with practical storage options, including a generous wardrobe for your jackets and a convenient chest of drawers for your shoes. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary oasis that accommodates a dining area for up to 4 people, with the possibility of expanding to 6 people using the extra chairs available. Here you can enjoy meals together with family and friends in a cozy atmosphere. In the living room, which is an open plan with the kitchen, there is a sofa and TV. In the well-maintained bathroom you will find a shower, toilet and a practical washing machine for your convenience. The bedroom offers a peaceful place to rest and recover. Here you will find a 140 cm wide bed with two pillows and two duvets, together with a cot for the little ones. Upstairs, a second bedroom awaits, where a generous double bed in the size 90x2 stands ready to give you a good night's sleep. Please note that the stairs to the upper floor are relatively steep. In 2024 we installed an AC in the bedroom. A cozy patio with a wooden deck is right outside the apartment with a barbecue, 2 sun loungers and a dining table.
