Large communal area with billiard/pool table, a cosy seating/meeting area with log burner for cooler evenings. Note the pool is open from May 15th until September 30th. Access to Angouleme 45 minutes, Cognac 1 hour, Future-Scope 1.25hrs, Valley de Singe 45 minutes, Poitiers airport 1 hour. The space Open plan ground floor living. Well equipped and spacious with outside eating area. Two bedrooms, double and twin room plus double sofa bed in open plan living area for two extra guests. All bedding and towels are supplied by your host including towels for use in the swimming pool. Guest access Self contained gîte with enclosed private garden.
