Welcome to Saratoga Superfecta...where every stay is a sure bet! Discover a newly updated and stylish two-bedroom apartment that offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, just steps away from the vibrant heart of Saratoga Springs. With its prime location on Saratoga's charming east side, you'll be within walking distance to The Historic Saratoga Race Course and downtown Saratoga Springs, 2 miles to Skidmore College and just 3 miles from The Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) . The space Our newly renovated space was designed with your comfort in mind. You'll find new furnishings, comfy beds, crisp cotton linens, fast wi-fi, smart HD Roku TV's and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, during the warmer months, you'll have use of the gas grill and may enjoy dining on the covered patio or sitting around the firepit in our private backyard. Whether inside or out, we can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. KITCHEN & DINING: The new kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals including cookware, dinnerware, a variety of utensils, serving pieces, grilling tools, blender, hand mixer, 4-slice toaster, electric fry pan, electric griddle, crockpot and miscellaneous bakeware. We aim to keep plastic wrap, tin foil, napkins, oil and some spices on hand. Our dining room table seats 6 people easily and, for casual meals, there is seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. BEVERAGE BAR: Our new beverage bar features a Cuisinart 14-cup PerfecTemp coffee maker, Starbuck's and Dunkin ground coffee, coffee syrup in five flavors and enough creamers/sugar/sweeteners to last most short term stays. Our current coffee selection consists of Starbuck's Vernada Blend, Pike Place Roast and Caffe Verona and Dunkin Original Blend. We also provide assorted tea bags and single-serve hot chocolate, Crystal Light and coffee packets. You'll find both hot and cold to-go cups on the top shelf so you can head out with your hot or iced coffee. If you prefer to bring your own beans, we have an electric coffee grinder and french press as well. SLEEPING: The two bedrooms feature queen size beds, spacious closets and Roku TV's in each. There is also a queen size pullout couch in the living room. Our bedding is comprised of memory foam mattresses, plush down-like pillows and 100% cotton sheets. We provide four bed pillows on each bed and a spare blanket in each bedroom. There is a charging station with outlets and USB ports on each nightstand. In the warmer weather, each bedroom has it's own window air conditioner. BATH: The newly renovated, sparkling clean bath features a 4' shower stall and large vanity with drawers to store your toiletries. Please note, we do not have a bathtub, but there is a handheld shower head that may be useful for bathing the kiddos. We provide fresh towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover wipes, tissues and TP. RELAXING: The TV's are logged into Netflix and Discovery+, as well as CBS Paramount and Peacock, which offer live local CBS and NBC stations. We have puzzles and games for all ages. LAUNDRY: Although located in a shared laundry room, you will have use of your own washer and dryer. We supply laundry detergent. OUTDOORS: During the months of May through October, we have seating for two on the front porch and a dining set for four on the patio. There are two folding chairs available for use at either location. The fire pit and surrounding chairs are available through November. We also supply two folding camping chairs in carry bags and a soft-sided cooler. ACCESS: At the front of the home, you'll have a private entry accessed via smart lock. The rear entry is accessed through a shared back hall that is also used by our (very nice) long term renter. PARKING: There is free off-street parking for two cars on the right side of the driveway as well as plenty of free on-street parking. SUPPLIES: The home will be stocked with a starter supply of one roll of paper towels and three rolls of toilet paper, and enough coffee, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues and trash bags to last the duration of most short term stays. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in after 3:00 pm Check-out before 11:00 am SAFETY & SECURITY: Exterior Cameras: One security camera overlooking the driveway and a Ring doorbell camera at the front door. NEARBY FITNESS/RECREATION: Outdoor - Saratoga's Eastside Rec is located a half mile from our place and offers the following on a first come, first serve basis: 10 lighted dedicated pickleball courts🏓, 3 lighted tennis courts🎾, 3 lighted basketball courts🏀, 1 handball court, paved jogging track🏃, walking/jogging path through the park with fitness equipment, a newly renovated skate park, playground and splashpad. - Saratoga Spa State Park is 3 miles from our place and offers the following: walking/hiking/biking trails, running courses, two golf courses⛳️, disc golf course🥏, tennis🎾, swimming pools🏊‍♀️, ice skating⛸️, ice hockey 🏒 and 12 miles of snow shoeing/cross-country ski trails🎿. Depending on time of year, there may be a vehicle entry fee.
