Lovely cozy room in family house in Prague

Our house is a new type of a small family house in a beautiful calm area, 30-40 mins from the city center by public transport. The permanent residents are lovely Viktoria and a cat called Shaun. Other family members sometimes stop by but do not use this house as a primary living place, so you will be seeing mainly Viktoria around. We love to have diverse types of guests, the atmosphere here is very chilled and relaxing. The space The bedroom is very beautiful and cosy, with dedicated space where you can store your personal stuff, it has a door key so you can lock your room If requiring the feeling of privacy. It has a little working desk and a very comfortable double bed. You are allowed to use all the shared spaces in the house and feel totally as in your own home. We are open to talks, but also maximally respect our guest's privacy and needs. Our cat is the most friendly creature, he loves all the visitors and makes friendly positive energy in the house. There is also a cosy garden with a dedicated dining area, where you may relax. We are not located in the city centre, BUT because you will have to commute a bit we try to make the stay as amazing as possible for you - the price is set lower because of that reason, we also offer tea or coffee, you can use all the areas in the house and the lovely garden and feel as in your own home :). However, it is not complicated to get to the city centre by public transport - Compering to other cities Prague is relatively small - It takes 30 mins to get to Florenc or Muzeum, 40 mins to Staromestska or Malostranska - centre popular locations, from our house. The journey by public transport is pleasant, the buses, trams and metro operate very well, are not too crowded and you can see various areas of Prague while the journey and see also how local people live, not only the touristic locations :). I am always happy to help with how to get around, for public transport tickets I recommend an app called Litacka where you can buy the tickets online, I can send you the link through message. The area around our house is mainly family houses, it is an extremely safe nice location. A great-sized supermarket called Billa is located 4 mins walk from the house. During your stay You will be in touch with Viktorie, who can answer all your questions, she will wait for you after your arrival, show you around and give you the keys, then whenever you need anything you can text Viktorie any time. Other things to note We have a space dedicated for bikes/other sports equipment you are free to use. You can also park your car on our premises.
