Charming "Anis" gîte – historic site with breathtaking view

This gîte, "Anis", air-conditioned, has a resolutely unique style. In an old silk factory, in natural stones, a little piece of heaven in a hamlet on the heights of the Cèze. Perfectly suited for a couple or family with 1 or 2 children, it offers you all the amenities and a small shaded terrace for a charming vacation. Green setting of more than 5000 m2 with swimming pool, offers you calm freshness and relaxation. Less than 2 km from one of the most beautiful villages in France: Montclus. The space Between Nîmes and Avignon, in the heart of the Cèze Valley, this old silk factory with the charm of old stones overlooks the valley. The cottage is refurbished and is air-conditioned. Duplex house, it includes: a spacious bedroom upstairs with a king size bed and one or two small beds that can accommodate a couple with or without children, toilets that are on the ground floor and separate from the bathroom that is upstairs, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment, microwave, oven, hotplates, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, tea coffee, as well as spices, oil, vinegar, a living room with a television (which should not be much use to you as there are many activities around :-). A small terrace plus a private outdoor area allow you to enjoy outdoor meals. Sheets, towels and soaps are provided. Many outdoor areas including a lagoon pool are available to guests of the 3 cottages that make up the estate. Access to the swimming pool is secure. The hamlet of Bernas is a few kilometers from many of the most beautiful villages in France, at the gates of the Ardèche. Green and eco-friendly tourism, canoeing, caves, climbing, hiking, local products, markets, restaurants... there is something for everyone.
