Downstairs there are two more bedrooms and a family/bunk room. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with twin on top and a double below. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. There is a large guest bath with granite countertops and a tub shower combo. The large Game/Bunk room has a ping pong table, flat screen TV and twin bunk set. There is a two car garage to keep your car clear of ice and snow in the winter. The location of this home is wonderfully convenient to many Tahoe outdoor excursions and activities. In the winter, there is a terrific sledding hill, snowmobile rentals, snowshoeing, and groomed cross-country ski trails! You can also drive 5 minutes around to the main entrance of the park. The free parking lot at Northstar is only 12 minutes away, and Tahoe Cross Country Ski Resort, 10 minutes.
