This property has 75ft of private lake shore nestled on a dead end road with access to a boat launch just steps away. Enjoy serene lake views while drinking your morning coffee from the sprawling deck. Laugh with friends and family during dinner under the bistro lights, or catch some mid-day sun in the lounge chairs. This property recently underwent a full renovation and has been designed with tasteful mid-century modern details including brand new furniture and a fully stocked kitchen so there is a strict NO pets policy. Laundry is onsite if needed for longer stays. The boathouse, which has four twin beds, has a window air-conditioner and catches a nice breeze off the lake when the windows are open. Additionally, there are fans for the summer and a space heater for the fall. **important**there is no furnace in the boathouse so the four twin beds in the boathouse are not suitable for wintertime use so the property only sleeps 4 during the winter. The entire home can be accessed as well as the bunk house and boathouse underneath. This property is located on a quiet dead end street with many nearby homes owned by locals so please be respectful of our neighbors! Parking is in the driveway only. Please do not ride dirt bikes or four wheelers down the dirt road. However, you will need to bring your own firewood or purchase it locally. Door step delivery is available for $20 per 4 bundles by contacting the number above for Dave Johnson with Snake River Outfitters. ** Please do not pick firewood from the vacant lot next door. -There are two stand up paddle boards, life jackets (2 toddler life jackets and several adult sizes) , water floaties and toys available for your use under the boathouse. -There are board games and cards for the nights inside as well as corn hole for days on the lawn. -Yoga mats are available on the shelf in the boathouse. -A 50" smart TV with Roku is available for you to log into your Netflix, Amazon Video or other streaming accounts. -Please no street parking -Please no fireworks (except 4th of July weekend)
