Enjoy the rustic/modern feel of our place. Close to the city but also close to great hiking area's and right off the ironman route. So this is a triplex, one apartment upstairs and two downstairs. Each have their own entrance and only the bottom two share the laundry room. My brother Ely lives in the upstairs unit and is the person to ask for hiking trails and all things outdoors. The space We are just 20 min from downtown chattanooga , so close to everything but a little removed for a quiet and peaceful time. Guest access This is 60 acres of family property. You can feel free to explore the woods or walk up the driveway to our small farm to see the animals. Other things to note My brother Ely lives upstairs and is a camping/hiking/kayaking enthusiast with a great knowledge of the best local spots.
