The apartment is located on the golden coast of Siófok, in the brand new building of CORAL HOMEs, right next to the beach. The balcony offers a picturesque view of Lake Balaton. The pool in the courtyard of the building is an opportunity for sunbathing and swimming on summer days. The space The 60 sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor of the condominium, which offers our guests a comfortable rest with 2 bedrooms, a living room with an American kitchen and a bathroom. In the courtyard of the building there is a spacious swimming pool, which our guests can use unlimitedly (according to opening hours). Please note that the pool will be closed from September 28, 2025 to May 31, 2026. We provide unlimited internet access and free parking space for 1 car in the courtyard of the building, in a designated place. Other extras: air conditioning, flat screen TV, direct waterfront, mosquito net, balcony with lake-view, free parking in the yard. Guest access Our guests can use all parts of the apartment and we provide 1 parking spot in the yard.
