The space Scenic Dunes 301 features a fresh and luxurious decor as well as a gorgeous pool view from a private third floor patio and balcony. The living area has a cozy sofa (queen sleeper), two accent chairs, three ottomans for additional seating or comfy footrests. The living room features a movie worthy 75" 4K TV along with a Roku Streambar Pro providing cable and BYOL streaming. Sliding doors lead to the private patio and balcony where you can enjoy lounging on the 2 comfortable patio chairs with ottomans. Enjoy breakfast or an evening drink at the 4 seat patio table while delighting in the gorgeous views. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space to prepare a delicious meal to share at the 4 seat mango wood dining table or sit at the kitchen bar atop the 4 barstools. The kitchen is well stocked with All-Clad cookware and all the utensils and knives a chef needs. The pantry provides plenty of storage space for guests' groceries and delicious treats. A short walk down the hall leads to the bunk room with a unique barn door with herring bone inlay. The bunk room features a beautifully designed custom built-in twin bunk with a handcrafted wood wall. Custom wooden headboard insets provide space for your electronics as well as outlets with USB-C charging ports. Kids can relax in the bunkbeds while watching cable and BYOL streaming on their corner-mounted tv with Roku. The bunk room has it's own en-suite full bathroom with shower. Beautiful wooden shelving tailored specifically to the closet and en-suite bathroom provide ample storage space for guests. When you need to rinse the sand out of your clothes, an in-unit washer/dryer unit is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms. The bedroom features an inviting king bed, white dresser, 55" HDTV with Roku Streambar Pro featuring cable and BYOL streaming. Guests can charge their electronics with the electrical outlet with 2 USB-A charging ports conveniently located on the bedside tables. Abundant storage and hanging space is located in the closet with custom built shelving and luggage racks. The en-suite full bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Other things to note Rules and Regulations: Scenic Dunes 301 located in Beach Resort Condominiums requires at least one adult 25 or older to be present during stay. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking property. We are pleased to provide all our guests a smoke-free environment. Beach Resort HOA prohibits smoking on balconies. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages. Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 6. Quiet time is 10pm-9am, please be respectful of the neighbors. Garbage must be placed in trash chutes located next to the elevators. The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. Guests must observe pool/hot tub rules posted by the pool/hot tub entrances. Beach Resort HOA prohibits hanging towels or clothing over balcony railings. No fires or open flames of any kind including candles. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond control. Late check-out or early check-in is only applicable with prior approval.
