Description
You get the WHOLE bunkhouse when renting. Please follow directions for location of bunkhouse and parking because the GPS won’t get you there. Small bunkhouse located on acres of ranchland. We are around 20 minutes from 95, with lots of room to relax. Join us at Cavvietta Quarter Horse & Cattle Co. Riding lessons available for additional fee! Want to bring a horse? Contact us about using our barn, arena, and more! We also have a small cabin available that sleeps two, if you have a smaller party. The space The bunkhouse features an open sleeping area with two sets of twin bunk beds, sleeping four; and a queen size bed for two. Total sleeping accommodates 6. The bunkhouse is one big room for living and sleeping and one full bathroom. It has a full bathroom, coffee maker (Keurig), microwave, and mini fridge/freezer. There is seating for 6 inside the bunkhouse. Outside, there’s room to walk or bike around. There’s a swing set for the kids to enjoy. There is also a group of picnic tables in the yard that you may sit at and enjoy. If you would like a more “quiet” stay, contact Gracie prior to booking to make sure we don’t have any public events going on that night. We occasionally have pop-up events. You can also find a list of most of our events on the Cavvietta Quarter Horse & Cattle Company website. Please note there are multiple farm animals on the loose. We can not always guarantee “quiet” as far as the animals go. Please don’t handle the dogs or feed any animals around the ranch, as some have very important feeding restrictions. We hope you enjoy! Again, please closely follow parking directions. We look forward to having you on the ranch! Guest access There are telephone poles blocking the grass in front of the cabins. Please do not park between those poles and the cabin. Anywhere on the outside of the poles is fine. Other things to note There are always dogs loose on the property. They are friendly (well, the chihuahua can be questionable. haha!). There are also cats, chickens, and sometimes goats that roam freely. We are more than happy to give private riding lessons during your stay for an additional charge. Close toed shoes and long pants are mandatory. We can provide the helmet (for riders under 18, or over 18, if they choose)! You’re also welcome to bring your horse for lessons or cattle lessons. Don’t forget to visit the Whirligig Park while you are in town!
