Firenze Rentals Luxury Ponte Vecchio II

Luxury apartment, finely renovated, a few steps away from the Ponte Vecchio. This stylish and elegant apartment is located at the 4th floor with elevator and it can comfortably fit up to five people. The space consists of two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. Wi-fi, air conditioner, washer and dryer machine available in the apartment. N.B.: There's an identical apartment at the 5th floor in the same building, it's possible to rent both of them to host 9 guests total. Guest access The guests will have access to all parts of the apartment. They will not be sharing anything with anyone so they can enjoy their stay in complete privacy and relaxation. Other things to note A few important things: • It’s very important that you communicate your arrival time at least 48 hours before arrival date so we can manage to meet you at the apartment on time. • The check-in is available from 15:00 till 23:00. I will be myself available for check-in. After that time, between 23:00 and 1:00 am there will be an extra cost of 30,00 € for an external person to complete your check-in. • The check-out is anytime before 10:00 am. Just leave the key in the apartment and be sure you collect all your belongings before you close the main door. • Luggage storage before check-in: Free. starting from 12:30 am at the apartment. Only if accorded 24 hours prior. •Luggage storage on check-out day: We offer you the possibility to leave your luggage in the apartment on the morning of the check-out (anytime before 10:00 am), in case you plan on leaving Florence later in the afternoon/evening. We will take care of moving your bags safely to our office where you will be able to collect them at a pre-arranged time. We charge: 20,00€ as a single payment for all your luggage • A copy of the passport for non UE guests or ID for EU citizens will be requested at check in for registration. • It's strictly forbidden to smoke in this apartment. •It's not allowed to host external persons without authorization and registration. •It's absolutely forbidden by the Italian law to make noise or disturb the neighbors after 23:00 .
