With just a short 3-block walk from the beginning of downtown, minutes to the beach, pier, fairgrounds, famous surf spots, and driving distance to Santa Barbara and Ojai, guests can truly choose their own adventure! After enjoying your day, come back to the patio and sip on some drinks by the fire, and finish the night on the plush memory foam mattress. The space With designated spaces for reading, working, and enjoying a wonderful meal, you can do it all in this 1 bedroom cozy beach cottage. Get some work done, play some games and enjoy quality time with loved ones. The space is setup with all the amenities you may need during your stay including cooking equipment, water kettle, coffee with french-press, cups and glasses (stemless wine glasses as well), hair dryer, towels, Wifi connection, grill, and fire pit. Guest access The whole house and patio is available for your use! Please avoid the basement area in the backyard as it is additional storage and water heater access for the owners. Other things to note The couch is a pull out couch and can sleep up to 2 people as a roomy double. Air mattress is provided as well for any additional sleeping needs. This home is next to a busy street so please be aware that there may be some noise, but shouldn’t be a problem while resting at night. There should be ample street parking right in front, across the street, or to the side of the house off Ann St.
