Modern Studio - Close to Airport + Downtown Hailey

Nestled among the trees and minutes from the airport, this modern studio is designed for a peaceful, comfortable stay. The second-story walk-up includes a private deck with bistro seating, a memory foam mattress, a down-wrapped sofa, fast WiFi, and a thoughtfully equipped kitchen with a gas convection oven. Full bath with washer/dryer. Free off-street parking. Due to documented medical allergies in our attached home, we are exempt from hosting service animals. The space The studio is on the second story, above the garage of the main house. You will have a private entry complete with a welcome mat and bistro set. Please note: One wall is shared with the owner's work studio. There is a locked door between the two spaces. She works Monday-Thursday 9-6, and Friday 9-1. We do our best to not overlap the use of both spaces at once during the weekends, so we will both have quiet privacy. Guest access You will park in the space closest to the house and can walk alongside the south side of the house to access the stairs lead you to the second story and your front door. The deck is yours to enjoy! Other things to note Please note that we are unable to host guests with service or support dogs. The studio is attached to our home, and the host has a documented medical allergy to dogs that affects her health and makes proper cleaning after a stay unsafe.
