Mews Cottage

Here is our cosy yet spacious, pet friendly cottage, for up to 4 people, and up to two furry friends by arrangement. Situated in the centre of Appleby, a beautiful quaint town, only an 8 minute walk from the train station that runs the Settle to Carlisle line. It's a 2-5 minute walk to the shops and various restaurants and cafes. There is plenty of things to do whether it's a round of golf, or a trip up to the Lake District or Yorkshire Dales, only a 30 minute drive away. The space Our lovely cottage comprises of a working kitchen, spacious family lounge, with HD smart TV, so you can catch up on your favourite shows. And also has lots of boardgames to keep the whole family entertained. Then there is the back porch leading to a shared enclosed courtyard area, with a bench and extra chairs. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have drawer space, the main bedroom has a wardrobe to hang your things throughout your stay. Then there is the large house bathroom complete with a shower and bath tub. Guest access There is the access to the cottage through front and back doors, you will have access to the entire cottage for the duration of your stay. Parking your car: We advise to park your car outside the cottage to unload all your luggage. Then there is free on street parking allowing 2 hours, using the discs provided in the cottage. Then during the hours of 6pm - 8am, there are no parking restrictions. Out of these hours we advise parking on Garths Head Road. To get here, drive in the opposite direction of the Co-op, and take the first left. Drive about 300 yards up the road until you reach the play park, park here and then walk down the little path which leads directly to the cottage. Other things to note There is free wifi throughout the whole cottage.
