Walking distance to historical calle 8 Restaurants, bars & shopping 4bed/ 3 bath including a large entertainment room with a pool table and bar, sleeps 10 comfortably, fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances and an outdoor terrace with a gas bbq, gated driveway parking for up to 4 cars. The space Our home is conveniently located within 10 miles to the best places in Miami surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, also ordering Uber eats it's a super fast every day convenience. Guest access our guests are welcome to use the entire home. our ac units are controlled by a nest thermostat and will be locked to reasonable temperatures for south Florida which are 67-78. Miami is a hot city and ac units are extremely necessary so taking care of them is key. please keep all doors that lead to the outside closed when ac is on otherwise the ac won't cool and the units could freeze and break.
