Cheam village, with local shops and restaurants, and Cheam station, with direct trains to London, are both within walking distance (15min). There is plenty of space to work from home, a large garden and a well equipped kitchen. The two generous bedrooms both have king size beds. The house is our home so there are some personal possessions in drawers and cupboards.
