Come stay at an interior designer's private residence in the heart of Silverlake. The space Located in the heart of Silverlake, between Sunset Junction and Silverlake Blvd, within walking distance of some of the best restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in LA, the Casa Larissa apartment building has been home to artists, performers, designers, and filmmakers since 1929. My one-of-a-kind fully-furnished two bedroom has been featured in Departures Magazine, the LA Times, Openhouse Magazine, and the coffee table books "The Cool and Collected Homes of the New Bohemians" and "The New Antiquarians." The first bedroom includes a full bed, air conditioner, dresser and walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, desk-dresser, lounge, television, fan and walk-in closet. The galley kitchen features a lovely breakfast nook. The formal dining room seats six. The full-length porch features epic views of the Silverlake hills. The show stopping living room has a leather loveseat, vintage stereo and faux-fireplace. Coin-operated laundry is in the basement and parking is on the street. Internet and all utilities are included. The apartment is on the top floor of a hillside building. You only need to walk one flight up, to find yourself enjoying five-story views.
