Cozy house with swimming pool

Forget your worries in our Ardèche house while we are away. We put our house in your hands. Ideal for a relaxing stay with friends or family. Well arranged with its 4 bedrooms, it allows everyone to have their privacy while facilitating friendly moments with its pool (4.5 x 2 m) or its living room with a wood-burning stove. The space We welcome you to our house, during our absence. We want you to feel at home! Being our main residence, it is very well equipped, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay in an Ardèche village. Each room has a private bathroom, no traffic jam in the morning! There's a toilet on every floor. Being located in a village, late parties or any heckling are prohibited. As you can see, I do not charge a cleaning fee: I therefore count on you to return the house in the same clean condition in which you found it. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except the attic and garage. However, only the number of rooms required for your stay will be accessible. Some storage will have been emptied to allow you to store your belongings. You can browse our books, play our board games... Other things to note Two cats will be fed and petted. Opal is all white and has different colored eyes, Lazuli is gray and much wilder. Of course, I expect you to water the plants, the small vegetable garden, and take care of the pond (we will explain everything, no worries!) IMPORTANT: The pool does not have any barrier or protection. It is nevertheless located at a height, it is accessed by a few steps giving access to the beach.
