New sleeping beach cottage at Dishoek (beach lodge)

Waking up on the beach on the Zeeland Riviera when the sun is just rising, who wouldn't want that? Sleeping beach cottage the "Strandpaleis" is located near the Westduin beach entrance at Dishoek. The cottage (built in 2019) accommodates 4, up to 5 adults and has all the comforts for an unforgettable stay on the beach. The cottage has a beautiful terrace on the beach, by the sea! The space The beach cottage is in a nice location on the beach at Dishoek. The cottage comprises a living room (with kitchenette, dining area, and sleeping area), a separate shower/toilet, and two terraces (one facing the sea and one facing the dunes). The kitchenette has a two-burner stove, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, kettle, and all other basic necessities to ensure you can fully enjoy a unique beach experience. There are 4 sleeping places (possibly a 5th place for a child) on the loft are two sleeping places, downstairs there is a bunk bed and the sofa can be folded over to a great bed (all beds 80/200cm). A camping bed is available for children (without a duvet). Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. In the kitchen is, among other things, a gas stove (two burners), refrigerator, kettle and Nespresso machine. Furthermore, there are plenty of pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils and there is also children's cutlery available. The cottage also features: WIFI, bluetooth speaker/radio, lazy beach chairs, parasol, BBQ, beach toys, parking card etc. A free parking pass is available. Guest access We have arranged free parking for you with a permit in the parking lot in the 'Vebenabos,' next to the A-markt (you will find the parking permit for free parking in the house on the counter). Parking lot address: Amarkt, Vebenabos 44A, 4371 PC Koudekerke - Tip: limit your luggage. It's a short walk from the parking lot, but you have to cross the dune! - Luggage tip: Upon arrival, you can temporarily park your car at the bottom of the beach entrance (Westduin 1, Koudekerke) to unload your belongings. Here are two parking spaces for temporary parking. Other things to note Availability and duration of stay: - In the high season (July - August) is basically only rented per week, arrival day Friday. - In the spring and autumn (April, May, June, September) there is a minimum stay of 3 nights. Electricity, water, and sustainability: The cottage has access to a relatively strong power supply (16 Ampére; 3680 Watt), this means that, for example, you can just blow dry. In addition, there is plenty of hot water in the cottage in geyser. Sustainability is important because the cottage is in nature on the beach. Therefore, only eco-friendly cleaning products are used; these are provided, and we kindly ask you to use them as well. - - - - - BRING BEDDING & TOWELS - Please bring your own towels - Bring your own bedding (duvet cover, bottom sheet, pillowcase). Bed sizes: five single beds (80x200 cm / 31.5x79 in) with five single duvets (140x200 cm / 55.1x78.7 in). - Crib available (camp-style crib without duvet; please bring your own bedding, size 60x120) ---------- OTHER FACILITIES, PRACTICAL MATTERS AND RULES - What is included: Nespresso machine, kettle, hairdryer, Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi, low beach chairs, umbrellas, eco-friendly biodegradable toilet paper (do not bring your own toilet paper), hand/tea towels (provided once), some basic spices. - For children: crib (without duvet; bring your own bedding, size 60 x 120), high chair, bed safety gate, beach toys, children's cutlery/plates. - What is not available: oven/microwave, (beach) towels, barbecue (due to the risk of fire, it is prohibited at all beach houses to barbecue on the terrace or in the sand directly in front of or behind the houses; it is possible 10 meters in front of the house on the public beach). - Private electric barbecues are not permitted due to limited power capacity on the beach. - Do not go to the dunes behind the houses. - Please note the neighbors: limit the number of visitors and watch music/noise especially in the evenings.
