It is located in a small quaint condo complex close to The Westin Monache Resort and The Village. Fully appointed 1BR/1BA, first floor end/corner unit, is loaded with all of the conveniences and comforts of home. Sleeps 4 guests total. The space As a guest of our condo, you’ll enjoy our one-of-a-kind newly renovated unit accompanied with cozy mid-century furnishings, lighting and decor, and the latest in technology. {This is not your typical heavy-handed, out-dated, dark and dingy grandma's cabin.} Upon entering, you will immediately experience the cozy yet spacious layout with all new contemporary furnishings, lighting, decor and finishes. The open and spacious layout consists of a dining area, large galley kitchen, and comfortable large living room with plenty of seating. We offer a round dining table providing seating for 4. The large galley kitchen area with top of the line appliances (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric stove/oven, and microwave). Kitchen is stocked with a full complement of utensils, cookware, silverware, glassware. We also provide a coffee machine, toaster, blender, and an assortment of spices. After a full day of ski/snowboarding or adventuring around town, snuggle up onto our living room sofa or relax in one of our comfortable lounge chairs and enjoy a movie on our 60" smart TV. The living room sofa also converts to a comfortable queen size sleeper. The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable pillow top king size bed and large screen TV. Our unit is equipped with one full bathroom complete with glass enclosed walk -in shower, toilet and single sink vanity. For convenience, there is also a second and separate vanity sink area in the hallway. We provide free WiFi and standard cable. Both bedroom and living room are equipped new smart TVs, which offer a variety of streaming apps for guests to log into with their own accounts. While this condo has been lovingly renovated and outfitted with many modern upgrades and conveniences, the building and complex was built in the 1970s. We are a downstairs corner unit. There is a unit above us, so some sound may transmit. But generally speaking, our complex is a quiet and small neighborhood. Guest access As a guest of our condo, you will have access to an onsite indoor hot tub and hot sauna room, bbq grills, and onsite laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryer. These spaces are "shared". Other things to note *** BEFORE BOOKING*** Please fully read and understand our Cancellation Policy. We highly encourage you to purchase Travel Insurance at the time of your booking (available through Abnb) before you checkout, especially if you have any concerns about refunds due to travel disruptions (ie travel restrictions due to inclement weather, other personal life interruptions, illness, injury, etc). Mammoth Lakes is a mountain town and during winter seasons we may get a large amount of snow (2023 was a record season!). Please be prepared to travel in inclement weather. We stand by our Cancellation Policy. Period. Additionally, there will be a Re-scheduling Fee (min. two night’s fee, or 50% of total nights fee, of your original reservation) for changes made to your reservation dates, if your alteration request is less than 7 days of your original check-in date.
