There is convenient table and coat rack plus small seating area within open plan of kitchen and dining. Kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances needed for your stay including two dishwashers. A selection of tea and coffee pods plus usual condiments provided. This entry area also leads to main lounge with log burner, lounges and smart TV. Both dining and lounge open to main deck overlooking pool with sweeping sea views. The deck has bbq plus various seating plus table settings. The master bedroom is beyond the lounge also with sea views and smart TV. The sumptuous bathroom has shower and spa and there is a walk in robe plus separate toilet. Down stairs is a large rumpus/living room with table tennis, large lounge suite, smart TV plus games snd books. There is a handy bar/mini kitchen and fridge. The laundry is located through bar area and has Bosche washer and dryer plus drying rack. Three further bedrooms are located through hall off downstairs lounge and consist of two king bedrooms plus one room with two singles with trundles underneath if required. Two bedrooms have ocean/pool views and one overlooks fernery and pond. There is a bathroom with shower and separate toilet on this level. Access to pool through downstairs lounge.
