Gîte for 6 to 7 people, in a nice house of character of 117 m², independent, conducive to calm and relaxation with its garden and its small above-ground pool. The space The house has one floor, private outdoor parking, and a garden. On the first floor, accessible by a staircase, there is the bathroom, which consists of a toilet, a sink, and a bathtub with a shower head. There are three bedrooms, one with a single bed, another with a double bed and a third with a single bed and a king size bed. All bedrooms are equipped with a humidifier. On the ground floor, there is the fully equipped kitchen, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, blender, food processor, mixer, hand blender, etc. The living room is divided into two parts. The first is air-conditioned and includes the TV area with a DVD player and the dining table. The second part consists of the sofa bed and the reading area with armchairs and small tables, with a collection of books of all kinds and card, board and tray games available. The garden has a barbecue, a table and chairs for eating outside, a gazebo, an above-ground pool (about 3.05 in diameter and 75 cm deep), deckchairs and outdoor games (mölkky, badminton, etc.). Guest access The house is entirely dedicated to you. No one but you will have access to it during your stay. Other things to note All linens and towels are provided, beds are made upon your arrival, as well as the sofa bed on your request. We make your arrival and departure ourselves. On site for a deposit you have the option to borrow additional kitchen equipment (raclette, pierrade, fondue, crepe part, rice cooker...), books, DVDs and games, other than those already present in the cottage. If you would like additional services such as breakfast, brunch, aperitif, or other services, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to respond to your request. A period of 48 hours is recommended for any request, to ensure the feasibility and performance of the service. A deposit of €500 (check or cash) will be requested upon arrival. The latter will be returned to you once the checkout inventory has been completed.
