Gîte in the heart of Château Flotis (Wine estate)

Located 20 minutes from Toulouse and Montauban, and less than 1 hour from Albi UNESCO heritage, Château Flotis is located in the municipality of Castelnau d'Estretefonds, in the heart of the Fronton appellation vineyard. Historic wine estate, the building, a splendid farmhouse in brick and stone of the region, of about 1000 m2, was built at the end of the 18th century. The cottage is located in the left wing of the castle. 8 beds for 130 m² of completely independent living space, completely renovated. The space In the heart of our wine estate, with our adjoining vineyards where you can go for walks or mountain biking. Located in the left wing of the castle, the cottage is adjoining the guest house but totally independent. Surrounded by vineyards, fields and woods. An equestrian center located nearby lets its horses graze a few dozen meters from the property. The shared garden is wooded and constitutes the inner courtyard of Château Flotis, where you can sit on deckchairs or benches or play pétanque. On the other side, a covered terrace with a large table and chairs can accommodate meals and has a gas barbecue/grill. Inside, the accommodation is 130 m² on 2 levels: On the ground floor: - 1 kitchen open to the living room equipped with 1 dishwasher, oven, 4-burner induction stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine, kettle. - 1 "Si Noire" air-conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed 140 x 190 and 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2 90 x 200) - 1 bathroom with washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. - 1 separate toilet - 1 living room with corner sofa - 1 TV Upstairs: - 1 "Château Flotis" air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 190 or 1 bed 180, - 1 "Nuit Blanche" bedroom, air-conditioned with 1 double bed 140 x 190 - 1 bathroom with toilet. The entire cottage is air-conditioned. Bed linen is included in the rental of the cottage. Free Wi-Fi. The cottage is non-smoking. No pets allowed. We can arrange vineyard tours, tastings of our wines. Guest access Fully self-contained gîte with direct access to 3-car parking. Unfortunately, the gîte is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
