The interior has been renovated in an eclectic arts/industrial style with lots of daylight streaming in through vaulted ceilings, and where a two-sided fireplace is the centerpiece. Relax on outdoor porches or enjoy the exercise stations designed for strength training. Long-term (2-9 m) only; works for professionals on training, internships, or work assignment (major institution); NOT a vacation stay. These include the kitchen, dining, living room, porches, utility room, and the yard which is great for outdoor play and exercise. During your stay You'll find information in your room about the area, and co-host Julia will be close by and available by phone during the day, and generally around or close by most evenings. Other things to note Artzy Old Place was created in 2017 to accommodate working professionals while also maintaining a close connection to the neighborhood and local community. We want this old house to be well-loved and appreciated.
