The kitchen features a refrigerator & freezer, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and all the kitchen utensils and gadgets you might need. Plenty of parking on hillside slope. Enjoy all the adventure Marble has to offer- visit the Crystal Mill, head over the Lead King Basin to Geneva Lake, or just hike on unlimited amounts of trails. Back country skiing and show shoeing are popular wintertime activities. Owners live in bottom portion of the house, completely separate from upstairs unit for your privacy. 5 minutes from town, 8 minutes to Crystal Mill trail head, 30 minutes to Avalanche Ranch hot springs/Penny hot springs. One and a half hours to Aspen and the Maroon Bells on a clear day. Well behaved pets ok. There is no cell service in Marble or the surrounding area, but we do have Starlink internet for your use.
