The property, in an excellent geographical location, is in the center between northern and southern Puglia, so you can visit from the Bari area to Salento. The space You will stay at Fico D 'india Apartment, a finely furnished one-bedroom apartment of about 40 square meters consisting of: - a spacious bedroom, where you can add an extra crib (with a surcharge) - a bathroom with walk-in shower - a living area with a kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed (suitable for children up to 12 years old) Fico D'india Apartment is equipped with all the comforts such as a refrigerator, oven, espresso machine, toaster, Smart-TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, mosquito nets, electric shutters and an outdoor shower with hot water (not potable). Large outdoor spaces include a private veranda, perfect place for a quiet breakfast or to dine under the stars or to relax in the company of a good book, immersed in the colors of the sunset. An accommodation on a 5000m2 land completely fenced, consisting of three independent and independent tourist units: - Casetta Apartment - Indian Fico Apartment - Melograno Room for a maximum total capacity of 6 guests. Guests will be able to access all the outdoor spaces they belong to, and the common garden. The Pool, for the exclusive use of all guests , is 4x10mt large and is suitable for children of all ages located in the center of the common garden. Given the large spaces, privacy and tranquility are always guaranteed. The historic center is about 2.5 km away (15-minute walk) Here you will also find a vast food and wine proposal, with the presence of Masserie and typical Apulian restaurants. Manduria is known for the exclusive production of red wine, called "Primitivo di Manduria", exported all over the world; you can also do tastings in one of the many wineries here. It is very close (15-min drive) to many free beaches of fine sand and crystal clear sea.
